We have investigated your transaction. While we accepted it for acceleration, most mining pools declined to prioritize it for internal reasons, which we cannot determine. It is likely that the addresses involved were on a blacklist. However, two smaller pools did accept the transaction, so we proceeded with the order. The transaction confirmed within two hours, which is a reasonable timeframe. It is unrealistic to expect confirmation within just two blocks, and we have never promised such a guarantee. The mining process is unpredictable, as we cannot know in advance which pools will mine the next blocks. In summary, we accepted your order and delivered results within a reasonable period. The mempool is extremely congested right now. The chances of success with free rebroadcasting are very low. We suggest using the Premium option if you want your transaction to be confirmed in the next several blocks.
