Bison DiscReviews of bisondisc.com

I had a mastered, ready to go original music CD that got held up by slow, irresponsible band members. So, I took it upon myself to get the project done. I found Bison Disc online. First good thing, they accommodated the number of discs I wanted to duplicate. Second good thing, a wide selection of packaging options. Only Bison would do the number of discs in the packaging I wanted for a competitive price. Easy step by step instructions about submitting materials. After that, the Bison Rep provided friendly guidance to my graphic artist; I didn't do the artwork, but was told the guidance was helpful and timely. The template choices were very good. The proofs came quickly, and we still had to make a change at that point, and it was no big deal to make the adjustment. Finally, the CDs arrived exactly when I was told they would. Best of all, the quality of the CD -- EXCELLENT! The wallet had great colors & photos, a creative layout, and the CD plays professional sound. Every project is unique and personal, and Bison Disc treated it that way. VMG, Long Island

I worked directly with Ilene. Every detail was communicated, every question answered, every concern addressed. She went above and beyond to make both of my current projects perfect and professional looking and sounding. I am a repeat customer to Bison Disc initially because of pricing. I am now an exclusive client with Bison Disc due to their commitment to excellence. This is primarily due to outstanding customer service from Ilene and her knowledge of when to involve the art department and administration to problem solve. I'm not an easy customer, but Ilene makes Bison Disc and easy choice. Thank you for making my project awesome. Robert Heft

Enjoyed working with Bison again! Their accounting system has a weird set-up, otherwise they would get a 5 star from me. Customer service was great!

I recorded 3 CD's at Slipped Disc's in Ashland Va. I have recorded several others there in the past. Bill is / was always on time, always prepared to meet any challenges. Bison was the same. Polite communication was excellent I will be using Bison again in the near future. I used soundtracks for two CD's from a very low priced book with the cd.. I have been playing for 45 years. I don't smoke, use recreational drugs or drink at all.

Ease of work, quick response, good communication and care.

Bison's representative was very helpful in responding to my company's needs in a timely and helpful way. They offered a very attractive price. I would use them again for media disc production.

good web site, the code for promo and stuff little change every time.

Bison disc did a great job on our CD. The art work is professional and the sound of the CD more than met our expectations. The service time was great also! The price was hard to beat as we researched other services. We plan to continue our business with Bison Disc.
