I got myself a ring for my 51st Birthday. I had it 6 months. The gem fell out. I contacted the company right away with a picture of the ring and my order history. They sent a new one a few weeks later no charge or shipping. Its prettier than the original and made better. If someone has an issue, I encourage you to contact them and hive them a chance to fix it .

I assure you guys this company is not a scam. I've been ordering products from them multiple items already. I once received an email from them apologizing because of the delayed response and delivery because there was a problem but now, it's all good. Will keep on buying for more :) Estrella
