I have shopped several years with birdies. I’ve never had a problem if I could rate them at a zero I would but here I am with 5 to 6 attempts to try and remedy the problem with no response. I have a pair of shoes I want to return they don’t fit their too big.

Can't obtain any help online or by phone. I need a return label. AWFUL customer service.

Birdies is a sham. Constant emails that your selections are now in stock up to three to five times a day. When you use the link - every single shoe is “sold out”, regardless of the fact you have just received an email seconds before the shoes are in stock. I am blocking their emails now and never purchase from them ever. 🤬😡

Sneaky tactics! They put no wording into terms and conditions - literally blank page.. But customer had to add " free return' to the checkout lol, you are paying for a free return lol! horrible shoes, painful - low quality and sneaky wording.. watchout - or better - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM for someone shopping online used to free returns

As others have said, no chat, returns impossible....."Under review" is the email you get after u initiate a review....I ordered two pair of shoes, one the sizing was off, BUT THE SECOND BOX HELD TWO DIFFERENT SHOES...LOL...TWO BOXES OF SHOES CAME SHRINK WRAPPED, THUS I HAVE TO BUY A BOX WHENEVER I GET THE LABEL. I HAVE WRITTEN A LETTER, AND MAILING LETTER AND SHOES BACK, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED FOR TRACKING...mailing to headquarters in San Francisco,CA..they are not registered with BBB but .... I also sent a PM on LinkedIn to one of the CEO, no reply #1527961

I've been trying for more than a week to reach customer service at Birdies because an order supposedly sent weeks ago has not progressed and we think may be lost. Emails are either ignored or sent back as undeliverable. Terrible (i.e., nonexistent) customer service.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes during the Christmas holiday in 2025. One pair came in flawed, and the other pair didn't fit. I requested an exchange, but they wanted me to pay to return the flawed product because their products are expected to have "variations". It was an offline stitch that made the two shoes in a pair look different. With the hope of receiving a pair without "variation," I ordered another pair of the same shoes before deciding whether to keep one of them. After I placed a second order, they sent me another pair of the same shoes as an exchange without any previous confirmation. So I ended up with 4 pairs of the same shoes, and I had 2 return labels, one I paid for and another one from when I requested the exchange order. After all the holiday events, I returned 3 out of 4 pairs of the same shoes using the 2 return labels I had. I kept one pair that was not flawed and fit. They should have refunded me the 2 pairs out of 3 since the 3rd pair was the exchanged one. However, they only refunded me one pair. I used two return labels that I had to send back 3 pairs of shoes. Should I have sent 3 pairs of the shoes to the same address in 3 separate packages and pay for 3 shipments? And one of them was sent to me without my knowledge. The customer service and the inventory seemed to be very disconnected. I had to jump through fire hoops to receive non flawed shoes and more fire hoops waiting for me when I return. Even though I have provided the confirmation of return receipts and the UPS delivery confirmations, they refuse to issue me the full refund. It's been two months and multiple follow-ups and communications. I will dispute this with the credit card company.

Never received the item. Nobody will respond to emails, phone calls, or chat. I’ve been scammed!!
