Non-existent customer service
Non-existent customer service. If you place an order and the website is working properly and you are happy with the product when it arrives, then you will likely view the company favorably. However, if the website is glitching or you need to return/exchange an order it becomes a very frustrating experience. It is impossible to speak/email with a human. It's all automated and maddening. They are successful enough that they could afford proper customer service, but it seems like whoever is in charge would rather get as much money as they can while sacrificing customer care. Their products are too expensive to be slacking on the customer service end of things. They either need a complete overhaul or to just shut down- right now it's just a sham of a business.
