I ordered a shirt as a gift when on social media. I clicked the design that was being advertised and placed my order. Time from ordering to receipt was extended. The wrong shirt was received - not only wrong color, it was a completely different pattern. Same as others when I reached out to them, was asked to provide photos. I also was not able to locate an order confirmation; they provided an order number when replying to my inquiry. They claim I ordered the shirt in white, which still leaves the reason for the completely different pattern a mystery. I asked about exchanging the shirt. While waiting for a reply, I ventured over to their website which boasts 'Free Exchanges and Returns', their 'Worry-Free Guarantee'. After reviewing their return and refund policy, I see that I will not be receiving either. I also thought this is an American company; it is not. Word of warning and lesson learned... Buyer Beware

Way too small. Asked for an exchange and they requested photos. Been days and have not heard back. I am a woman size 0 (XS) and it doesn’t fit me. I ordered man’s medium..Update, apparently they have been too busy to respond in a timely manor but they fixed the issue. Sending replacements in a larger size. Good customer service, just slow on response. Update:Still waiting for replacements or a response. Calling my card company in 3 days to dispute the charges.

Still have not received the shirt or a tracking number.

I still don’t have my shirt. It says a shipping label was created but never left your facility. Very disappointing.

The polos did not work out. Poor quality and sizing. They will not issue a full refund. First, they said it was past the 30-day return policy. It took 21 days to receive the order. In my first email I told them I wanted to return for a full refund and it was send 1 day before the 30 days. They required I send 3 photos of each of the 4 shirts. Then they offered to send different sizes and keep the ones I had. I said NO. 12 emails later... they are offering a 30% refund. I was told they have a 30-day resolution policy and they made sure to take forever on this issue. DO NOT ORDER for Birdiepolos.com unless you are willing to throw money away if you don't like them. Shipped from China. The company website location is Anaheim, CA. EDITED: After the posting of this review, the company send me an email offering a 50% refund, if I removed the review. I stand firm on my review, therefore I am out $150.

This is cheap construction. The button holes are frayed coming out of package and I would never recommend anyone waste money on your products from China.

Ordered a shirt for my husband on 6/8. Took a while to receive. Received on 6/22. Shipped from China. Shirt is very poor quality. Tag does not specify what kind of fabric but instead reads: “ingredients: super soft high quality fabric”. Print is blurry. Do not buy. Scam. Attempting to return.

Terrible product. Design was blurry, sleeves were extremely short for my husband. Material was scratchy and uncomfortable. And of course when I voiced my concerns and asked for a refund, they offered 10%. Ridiculous. Would never shop here again.
