My cats love the soft food but I don’t understand why it take sooooooo long for them to ship it?

My dog does not like this food at all. I've tried multiple flavors and she won't eat it. She usually eats Rachel Ray. I just wanted to change it up. But she does not like this food. And you call yourselves a quality food brand. Nope.

I was a first-time customer and ordered a variety of their cat foods. The shipment arrived weeks later. Shortly after, they asked if I wanted a subscription for the cat treats. My cats didn’t like the treats at all, so I said no to the subscription. They continued to text me repeatedly about the subscription, and I again replied that I did not want it. I even sent an email clearly stating I did not want a subscription. To my surprise, they went ahead and charged my credit card and sent the cat treats my cats disliked, plus they charged me three times for shipping. I immediately emailed to ask what went wrong and why there were unauthorized changes to my credit card when I had clearly written that I did not want a subscription. I did not receive any reply. I notified my credit card company of the unauthorized charge and shared all my written communications with Birdie & Louie about this matter. They were blocked from making any further charges to my card. This feels like very unethical business practice, and I’m baffled as to how their license hasn’t been revoked.

My cats LOVE this food and their energy levels are great, coats shiny.

I placed an order on December 10th. It’s shipped out on December 11. It was supposed to arrive by December 20. I have reached out to the company and I get an AI bot response. I wish I would’ve looked at the ingredients better. This has a bunch of stuff in it that cats do not need in their diet. Also, who the heck puts oils in wet food? Steer clear of this company they do not offer refunds. I will be attempting to dispute the charges through my AMEX.
