Alarm goes off even when no pest present. Cats just look at it aren't alarmed. Lights go off in middle of night when no pests present. I would like a refund or another product.

could not reorder over the phone as the rep reported not having access to prior web based order information and that he would have to take all new information or that I had to come back in through the web site. Also, shipping costs for a 3 lb package were a bit stiff. Finally, the three provided stainless mounting screws are to small for most applications (as they don't provide enough contact with the mounted surface).

We've ordered two different spiders and once we figured out how to install (using the sandbags). Unfortunately, the ducks are not all that afraid and walk under and around....but it's not because of the product. The company is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I recently purchased 10 ft of Bird-B-Gone. I am very pleased with the product. It looks like just what needed and was easy to install. Response to the order and delivery time where very good but at what seemed to be a somewhat high price. For the current application I really only needed 2 ft of the material but 10 ft seemed to be the minimum order. At $23 this wasn't so bad but then adding $16.99 for shipping and handling (no special packaging just stuffed it in a cardboard box) seemed a little high. This made the cost of my 2 ft installation $40 plus 1.81 tax.

We live directly across the street from our community's pond and surrounding common area. A flock of Canadian geese live around the pond. Many times a year we have to chase the geese from our front yard, especially in the Fall of the year when our lawn gets over seeded. When we saw this product, we thought it would be the answer to our on-going geese problem without harming them. Upon arrival of your product, we mixed two gallons according to the directions and applied it making sure we used ample amounts to wet the grass blades. Later that same day, after the product dried, the geese were back. We ordered a product called Turbo Spreader Sticker Concentrate made by Bonide. It was used because it improves distribution and adhesion and also improves the performance of lawn chemicals. We mixed the Turbo with the Bird Be Gone and again applied another application. Again, after letting the product dry, the geese came back. The lawn has not been mowed, but was irrigated twice during this time.

I sprayed the yard per instructions on Tuesday and Wednsday there were 60 geese on the yard. I sprayed again on Wednsday afternoon and the geese were back on Thursday. The product was a waste of money.

I ordered three identical items, but only received one. When I called the company, the gentleman said, "I have to check the UPS shipping weight. 4 pounds, that's odd." I can't remember the rest but was understanding that he would take care of it. A week later I had to call again. This time he did take care of it and I finally got my completed order tonight.
