Hello Mark! Please try charging the Solar Yard Shield in direct sunlight for two full days to ensure the device has enough energy stored. Bought the bird trap. It did not trap any birds. Called for help. Tried everything they recommended except buying additional "bird charmer". Disappointed....

Hello Wayne, we are sorry that you are having troubles trapping the pest birds. Sparrows are one of the hardest pest birds to successfully trap as they are terrified of new objects. It does take time for the birds to become comfortable with the trap when placed in the surrounding environment. The sparrow charmer will help increase the chances of properly trapping pest sparrows. These were recommended as an alternative for a much more expensive bird remover they seem to work great. The only reason for four stars is the streamers could have a better way then tying them on with a strong. The first day the doves circled and then left, haven't been near the pool since
