I applied the solution to my lawn. It seemed to work for about 3-4 days. After 4 days the geese came back. Although they didn't stay for hours, they manage to stay long enough to create a mess in my yard again. I reapplied it and the same thing happened. I gonna go through $150 dollars worth of product in less than 3 weeks... Sucks!!!

Easy ordering, had exactly what I needed and not overpriced, very timely delivery. I would do business with Bird-be-gone again.

Delivery was slow ... The base of the product appears to keep getting redesigned. It is very hard to fit to older existing bases that one is still using. Older sand bags, permanent mounts, etc. .... Great product, but stop with the base changes ...

I have many screeching Bluejays in my yard and the bird b gone sounds didn't get them to leave. Its been more than 30days, can I return the sound machine?

I am sorry that the sonic did not work to get rid of your Blue Jay problem. In doing some research online I found out that Blue Jays often are not frightened away by hawks and owls, but will actually confront them when in a pinch. Our sound deterrents work on the premise that the birds are afraid of the hawk and owl calls that play and will flee the area. It seems that these calls may only agitate Blue Jays and do little to get them to leave. Your best bet with these birds is to make sure there is no food available for them as well as comfortable perching areas. If you would like to return the sonic unit, we are happy to take it back. I will email you with specifics on how to do that. Thanks for your understanding.

Unfortunately, this product did not work for my application. I have an infestation of small birds nesting behind my retractable awning. I strategically emplaced the spikes across the support bar and inside the opening. However, the birds were still able to infiltrate the barrier and create safe nesting within the spikes. In fact, it appeared to make them more impervious to predators than without the spikes. It was almost as if the birds loved the safety of the spikes!! What a waste of my time, energy, and money. In fairness to Bird B Gone, they did advertise the spikes are designed to dissuade larger birds, so I was accepting some risk in purchasing this product.

I am sorry to here that you where unable to get rid of your small birds. The birds spikes are recommended for larger birds like pigeons and gulls, unfortunately smaller birds are able to get between bird spikes and use them for nesting. That is why we always recommend spikes for larger birds. We get many calls about birds getting behind the retractable awnings, it seems to be a very safe place for them. As most of our products are designed to keep birds from landing or excluding them from large open areas, this issue is a frustrating one to solve. Anyway, we will be happy to refund your money for the products you purchased. I will email you with the details. Thanks for your understanding.

Sprayed on yard at 100% concentration and the geese were not stopped.

I tried several things to get ride of the pigeons problem we have had for about a year an a half, and finally, after a couple of weeks installed, they are gone... Easy to cut for smaller space...

not only did they tell me the ultra sonic bird be gone was silent, they took forever to refund me! I just thought it must be taking long because they are a far distance, no checked my tracking number it was delivered to their receptionist weeks prior. I had called every week since I sent it and they always said they had not received it. well that was a lie, may they are just lazy. needless to say when I called again and asked for the management I got my refund back the same day.
