One of my hawk decoys arrived damaged. I contacted the customer service person and let them know. They shipped out another hawk immediately after I sent them a picture of the damage item. Was happy I did not have to go to the trouble to return the damaged item. Replacement arrived quickly and was undamaged.

I got the widest (8") stainless bird spikes and installed about 80 linear feet of it on my log home. Installation was straightforward and only took a couple of hours. Product is very unobtrusive from any distance My only quibble is that my product did not measure a full 8" spread. I'm not sure what technique was used to measure, but I'd like to know. Maybe I can claim 8" too 😊

The netting was the size that I ordered but does not stretch. Order a size bigger to make sure the netting will fit over what you are covering. Other than that very good product, and fast shipping.

Ordered several hawks to try and deter birds and rabbits. They really work! Also, the little sunflowers with the reflectors on them also help. We also added some grease to the top of our fence and greatly improved bird deposits on it. Would order again from Bird B Gone, for sure.
