I still recommend this beauty box to anyone who wants an affordable sampling experience. The samples are large and the reward system is solid and rewarding to the customer. I will more than likely be back.

Several times, my box has arrived a full month late and when I brought the issues to the attention of customer service, nothing happened. I have decided that this is "free samples" for $11 per month.

The eye cream has such a pleasant coffee bean scent. Knowing that it is all natural- I use it every night under my eyes. I truly see a difference and I look more awake and refreshed in the morning !

Great product and packaging. Lots of choices. Something to look forward to every month. If you've been thinking of a monthly box club, Birchbox should be at the top of your list. Tried another one and gave them chance after chance to be more responsive and they couldn't make it work Birchbox loves its customers back. Great fun.

I would love to see more birch box!

I don't mind it, but there isn't much variety some times and the samples come small. I also get foil packets when I asked to not receive them.

Birchbox is great if you love to try new products. I've found several new brands that I really love. I'm temporarily leaving due to lots of samples from for BB and Ipsy. When it's time, I'll definitely be back!
