First off, I want to thank Kevin, my point of contact for BioWave. He was very helpful in getting me started with this machine. His knowledge was awesome. He was very friendly and helped with any questions I had. I use this machine often. During my military service, I did data entry all day long. The pain now from all that in my right wrist and shoulder is constant, all day long. This BioWave helps to relieve that pain for a period of time, which is something I didn't have before. Also, from sitting all day doing data entry, my back and neck have given me problems every day too. This helps reduce that pain level for a while. I'm thankful my physical therapist got me hooked up with this machine. It's nice to use before bed to help not have as much pain, to help me sleep better for a bit. Thanks BioWave!!!

The Biowave machine works and gives me relief when I use it for back pain. I would recommend it for anyone who suffers from chronic muscular pain.

This product is awesome! It is very easy to use, and is constructed of high-quality materials as well! The fact that you can use this product with or without the electrodes, makes it extremely versatile! The training phone call that you received from Bio wave is very thorough and Sue, the representative, did a wonderful job in explaining all the functions of the unit, what to do, and what not to do!

I have endured eleven fusions on my neck. The fusions successfully stabilized my spine against further damage, but couldn't stop all the pain. Biowave has provided relief when pain pills and nerve pills didn't.

It was great working with Mona! BioWave arrived a couple of days after it was ordered and Mona went step by step with me on the operation of it. I’d recommend this to others with longing pains as it has helped tremendously. It hasn’t completely removed my pain but has made coping with it a lot easier

Great experience getting my device setup Sue called at our appointed time and talked me through everything I needed to get through my first treatment. Made sure my questions were answered, and set me up for success.

The agent, Mona helped me on the BioWave product. Outstanding. The training materials and product work. So far better than the Tens unit. Mona went above and beyond in helping me.
