Sue Lepesko has been a great help in teaching my husband and I on how to use the Biowave Go and even the few sessions he has done have brought some relief for his pain. Sue is extremely customer-oriented, empathetic and professional. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, where 5 is the best, we would give Sue an unqualified 5 STARS!!

Mona was very knowledgeable and helpful…she was able to get me a smaller size belt and explained how to use and how often…product works great and helps with my pain level🙏🏻

Agnes was the BioWave representative I had the privilege to work with. Agnes was professional, knowledgeable, courteous & very helpful. She readily answered my questions in a personable way which helped me quickly learn & get the most benefit from my BioWave. Any time I had a question Agnes was a phone call or text away. Knowing that you have a person like Agnes ready to address any concern or question about the BioWave System is refreshing!

Sue from their Customer Service Department was amazing. Got in touch with me just about IMMEDIATELY to address the issue I was having with the battery on my BioWave Home Unit. The process was extremely quick and Sue is one of the most polite, professional and knowledgeable Customer Service representatives I have dealt with in a long time. She went over some good tips and tricks I can apply to using the product that preemptively can solve future issues.
