The BioWave Home unit is absolutely great for relieving pain and stiffness in my back and hips. I find it also provides soothing comfort even for days after initial use too. It was prescribed through the VA for me as a better alternative than prescription pain relievers. The customer service and support staff are so helpful and provide a very pleasant experience overall. I have been using biowave for 2 years now, I recently purchased the biowave belt for low back pain. I have had 7 back surgeries as a result of a plane crash many years ago. I am considered a chronic pain patient. The biowave back brace is a great improvement for me over just using the pads alone. The added pressure and support are on another level. I strongly urge anyone in a similar situation to ask their doctor for a prescription. As a bonus, their customer service is second to none. If you are currently taking opioids for pain relief, you have nothing to lose by trying this product and much to gain. I wish they would let me be a national spokesman....I would do it for free to help anyone avoid what I have gone through over the last 10 years.
