I was very blessed to have such a helpful experience with Susan Lepesko! She answered every question I had prior to purchasing my stimulator and did wonderful followup! My stimulator arrived quickly and once received Susan gave me a very thorough class on how to use it and care for it!! She then followed up notes on all we covered as well as with tips on how to use my therapy pads and prolong the life of them. Sue is absolutely the best! And I love the stimulator as well, it has helped my pain tremendously! Many thanks to Sue and BioWave!

In addition to notifying me that the unit would soon ship and emailing me user instructions, she gave me detailed personalized instructions on how to prolong the life of the new unit. What made my experience a good on was Susan Lepesko. She took her time explaining the system to me. She didnt make me feel like I was keeping her from something.

I received my bio wave from the Veteran Clinic I use for my health care. The physical therapy department ordered it so I could use it for pain in shoulders and rotator cuff area. I enjoy the unit and when my unit failed it was returned under warranty. I appreciate a customer service representative called me to discuss the issue with the bio wave. She also went over the proper use of the device. I look forward to receiving my replacement bio wave, it is missed.

I am extremely grateful for the BioWave unit the VA prescribed me. I received a phone call from Kevin informing me the unit was going to be issued to me. Thank you so much. Kevin was very helpful and willing to answer questions and give me advice on extending the life of the battery as well as the electrode pads. The unit is light weight and can easily be used while performing certain task if the patient is mobile while conducting therapy. I would recommend a BioWave Therapy Unit for anyone whose had surgery for a better recovery.
