Susan notified me to expect the delivery on Friday, which did happen, and called me on Monday to follow up on some directions, answered some questions, and sent me an email with attachments to more infoe on the product the VA ordered for me. I've had extreme lower back pain for many years. Was able to control it with drugs, after starting to lose some kidney function had to get off some of the drugs.( Pain was incredible) After light sitting exercise and using the biowave I can function again.
