The bio wave is one of the best items I have found to relieve pain. I have used it on multiple body parts, at many times, with great success.

This BiowaveHome device is very effective considering my Back and Neck Injuries sustained from Parachuting from Airplanes when I was an active Army Airborne Ranger with the 82nd. But this device gets deep into my most painful areas of the middle, lower pain areas in my back. I've used it on my neck a few times, but I used it mostly on my two most painful areas. I give them a 5 ⭐ rating. And Kevin was very helpful with explaining the instructions to me over the phone as a brief walk through on to use, and how the BiowaveHome works.

The Bio-Wave machine has been very helpful to me. I saw the physical therapist at the VA because of pain in my lower back which makes it hard, if not impossible to walk or even stand up straight, especially for anything more than a very few minutes. I also have an older injury-a (R) torn rotator cuff, and a pretty habitual pain in my neck-not diagnosed-but what I believe to be a bone spur. This makes it hard to turn my neck when I need to do so while I'm driving, or most anything else. The rotator cuff injury was bringing tears to my eyes just trying to put on or take off a shirt, especially a pullover, and even more so a sweat-shirt, regular or hooded. I try my best to use the Bio-Wave on each of the three areas at least once per day, and it has been like going back to when I was many years younger (76 at present). I have been able to work at cutting wood for the coming winter, to be able to turn my neck much more freely, and dressing/undressing all have been so much easier and so much less painful. Thank you so much for giving me a chance at a virtual fountain of youth!!

Great customer service Sue was very helpful. She explained everything in easy to follow instructions. She deserves 100 shares of Harley Davidson stock. The machine is on steroids as far as function-ability. A great unit.
