Sue was very knowledgeable. She spent time explaining how to set up the device, use the device, and keep the device clean. She took time to answer all my questions. She spent time with me as I started my first treatment and made sure I was comfortable using the device. I am extremely happy with my experience today.

What really helped to make this experience great was the help of Agnes. I found myself a little confused as to how the unit actually worked and Agnes was there to talk me thru it and explain it. She followed up and showed genuine interest in my success.

I have been very pleased with my BioWave. The device gave me relief when many other treatments failed. It also fills a void in insurance coverage of treatments (insurance doesn’t cover the frequency I and others need).
