Agnes Puchlik provides outstanding customer service, as a veteran with chronic pain, the Biowave provides relief better than a tens unit. Agnes kept me informed on the status of my device order and followed up with me once received to guide me through its use and answering any questions I had. I highly recommend Biowave and Agnes serves as an outstanding representative for the company.

Angus , called me she works with VA veterans. So since she is on the east coast I’m on the West Coast. She worked with me on the time difference to get hold of me for a couple of times which was nice because sometimes I’m not at home at times she wants to get a hold of me but anyway we got it done. She walked me through the machine I’ve used it, it’s similar to my tense machine that I had but I guess it’s much better and I’m looking forward to seeing how it works in the long run so far so good but I appreciate her helping me get through it. It’s a little bit different than attendance machines, so they few things I needed to know , which was a big help
