The Biowave is a much better pain control solution than a standard tens kit, offering greater pain reduction for extended periods of time following use. And it’s very easy to use and comes with good customer service support. This unit is an excellent addition to my pain control regimen for my spinal cord injury.

The Bio wave kit. I received my bio wave in about ten days.the belt was great on lower and mid back pain. And the patches were different sizes to help on pain in other parts of the body. Kevin called a couple of times to check on how the machine was working and if I needed any help. He explained to me how to set it up and if I needed any more pads or cream. Today I put the belt on my lower back because it was felt like I had pins in it and it was stiff. The first 30 min. I had it on 30% after 45 minutes I did it for about 50 min and the pain was ease.

Its works and I will recommend anyone that having back problem to used the biowave.

Clear, concise, and friendly instruction. They treat u like family. The Biowave unit takes most of the pain away! Easy to use!

Each step of the process was clear and concise. Sue was wonderful with explaining the key points of using the device. Warnings and cautions were also explained well and elaborated on to ensure that I was fully aware of what not to do and what to avoid. During the course of the call, she frequently asked how I was doing with the device and whether I was able to increase the intensity while still remaining comfortable.

Simplicity of using the BioWave. Again Ms Agnes was very clear and thorough in guiding how to maximize results using the BioWave.
