The product is great but haven't received a shipment since June or July 2020 and no communication as to why

Service has been pretty spotty. As a subscriber, I hope for consistency, but lately, I haven't been getting my orders. The products are fine; I give them 5 stars, but that sort of depends on my actually having them. I can understand occasional hiccups, but this is the second month in a row that I've had problems getting my order.

Customer Service is terrible. Your products such as Immune Edge and Transmax TR are continually out of stock. I have used these products for many years, and like them. I stopped receiving my Trasmax TR shipments over a month ago, and received no correspondence that it was out of stock. I have tried contacting Biotivia through email and phone for several weeks now with no response. I don't even know if this company is still in business!

I had purchased 2 bottles of Biotivia TransmexTR. The packaging of the products I received were different from their website. Sent them 2 emails and try to call the number on their website. No reply to both emails and phone calls. The products are expensive and I am hesitate to take them. This company seems to be unreliable. Make me doubt the authenticity of their products.

My recent supplement shipment of sale items seemed to feature old, possibly redated product.

I called Biotivia before ordering mostly to ask questions about the delivery. I was curious why the shipping was $47. I was told it was temperature sensitive. I go the impression I was was going to be an early adopter of a new product offering in 2014 of NAD+ sold as MitoTrans. I ordered 2 months months supply for a total of $1000. Not a cheap price for me but I wanted to try it. I Did receive the package promptly. It came in a foam box with ice pack. The printed material that came with the order was very unprofessional and unimpressive. It looked like research notes. I followed the directions for using it and It didn't work. I didn't feel any better. I then Found the same product sold by other vendors for less than 50 dollars without the fancy packaging. I felt duped. No one at Biotivia ever asked me for customer feed back.

Delivery screws up a number ofttimes as they could not cope with my travelling

I chose Biotivia because it shipped from UE, so the delivery was, in the past, very fast and with no custom problems. Npw Biotivia ships from wherever is suitable for them, most often from the USA. My last order took more than 2 months, almost 3, to be delivered. The package was stuckat the custom and I had to pay a surplus of almost 100 euros. With these conditions, I am not going to use Biotivia anymore.
