Bought a chocolate kefir protein shake and it tasted like strawberry and smelt like strawberry. So lucky I do not have a strawberry allergy because I’d be in hospital or dead right now. Definitely strawberry, clearly mispackaged. Have reported to the store I got it from. Had stamped on the side not for the EU. Well if it’s not even going to pass EU standards, it definitely shouldn’t be in the UK.

The tubs always had a really thick consistency with a sour taste and carried a higher protein count. 16/06/2026 I made purchase of the 350g tub and it tastes just like the drink version used to, sweeter with a runnier consistency. This is just a yogurt.

Bought Kefir yoghurt drink for the first time but it was really thick and tasted horrible. Wouldn’t buy any of their products again.

Having purchased the Kefir yogurts and drinks for over 12 months without any issues and really liked the products, our last purchase was somewhat surprising as the yogurts were very runny with the viscosity of more like a milk! I tried to contact the company without any success! However having seen the reviews now accept nothing will happen! My concern was more on the lines to send them the batch numbers etc and to ensure my product was safe, however this company just seems to expect consumers to go away eventually! Well success from me as we will not be buying these products again!

I'm a regular purchaser of Biotiful Kefir natural 1 litre . At christmas I decided to try the flavoured kefir drinks - I bought one mango and one cherry . The mango bottle blew up after about a week of being kept in the fridge , unopened - when I opened it the contents were fizzy and undrinkable so I threw it away . The cherry bottle was fine and really nice. Both bottles were well within their BB dates. Several weeks later I bought two more bottles of the cherry kefir from Tesco's . This time one of these bottles blew up and went all fizzy - again kept in the fridge , unopened. I tried to contact Biotiful about this using their website contact form - no response. I again tried using their email address - again no response. One of the first rules of good business is keep your customers happy when something goes wrong and they will keep coming back . Any company that provides the illusion that they have a customer care system when in reality they never reply is totally disrespectful to their customers and essentially business suicide.

Brought a chocolate protein shake from sainsburys and was confused for quite some time checking my own senses and smell. I swear that the product inside was strawberry flavour! Smelt like strawberry and tasted like strawberry! I have never brought this product before and am wondering whether to buy another chocolate flavour just to prove I am not going mad. or was it a batch packaged incorrectly. Don't know what to make of it!!

I bourght the vanilla kefir protine shake and I know its meant to be fermented but it smelled awful, I checked the date and its still well within date but it smelled rancid, it tasted fine, definitely not good and definitely not vanilla. I wont be buying this again.

This is not even authentic genuine traditional kefir I purchase mine online
