I am on day 10 of no alcohol, and I have had no physical cravings. I’ve been drinking heavily for 25 years and I know I need to change, but the fear of white knuckling my way through has kept me from really making a change. I can't say enough about this product! I was drinking a 1/5 of Admiral Nelson Rum a day for the last 4 years! Yes 1 a day AT LEAST! This is expensive, but it made me feel so much better. Pretty much eliminated any cravings for alcohol and put me in a better mood. Side note- it also takes the place of my multivitamin. I was only taking a half scoop too. It doesn't blend so well, so I mix it on top of yogurt or applesauce and swallow it that way. I've been taking a scoop every morning for almost 4 weeks and I find myself looking forward to this being the start of my day. It easily mixes in a small glass of water, and the flavor is actually enjoyable. I am taking a few other supplements to help with my decision to never want to drink alcohol again, so I am not sure what exactly is making me feel good throughout the day, curbing any anxiety that used to drive me to drink, and generally making me calmer and happier. I do know that I will continue to use this for at least another month or so.
