As a 59 year old male long time drinker I was determined to stop drinking. Meetings just made me more depressed and I knew I needed to stop and had the willpower but my body kept betraying me. After almost 3 months on Biorebalance I don't even think about drinking. I handle stress better and also don't have the sugar cravings I used to have when I stopped. I knew it was working when I was packing for a work trip and realized I was down to less than 2 scoops and panicked. As someone who's tried a lot of times to quit drinking this is the first time I've actually felt good when I stopped.

I’ve actually been taking this for a month and I’ve seen a big difference. I took a leap of faith because it is pricey but the reviews looked good enough. I’m glad I did because it actually worked. I was having drinks everyday and now I’m only drinking during the week-end which is what I wanted. The taste was ok in the beginning but now I’ve come to not really enjoy the artificial taste so much and wish there was a tasteless version. However, I’d still order this. I’ve tried a lot of different things to cut down so I really wasn’t expecting supplements to make a difference but I’m so happy!!

I really like this product, in about a month I noticed that my mood was significantly improved - I have diagnosed depression and anxiety, and I am able to handle stress much more easily. I mix it with a cup of coconut water and it tastes great this way. I am yet to see a reduction in my alcohol cravings but I am physically dependent. I have started on some medication for AUD. I noticed that BioRebalance responded to another reviewer noting that it might take some extra time for it to work in certain people so I hope to have even more benefits from it as I continue to take it.

This product has been so helpful! I previously had bought each of these ingredients but it's so many pills. 1 scoop of this in water has been way more convenient! This product makes me feel so good and alert.

This stuff works. After about three days I noticed I was much less stressed and any desire/cravings for a drink were gone. In general I am much more well-adjusted, and am sleeping better. I also had such a decrease in my resting heart rate my Apple Watch and iPhone Health app alerted me to the change. I have seen some reviews which complained about the taste. I like it. It reminds me of a strawberry smoothie. The only potential side effect I noticed was after about a week and a half, I was a little sluggish last weekend, so I skipped a day, and everything seemed normal after that.

So far so good. Was able to wean off alcohol to a reasonable level without side effects, other than gastrointestinal but that was to be expected. On my second bottle and will get another.

I've had a longterm relationship with alcohol. I've enjoyed some of the greatest times with my good old partner alcohol. I enjoyed learning about wine and experiencing some of the finest wines and greatest food with some extraordinary people. Unfortunately, I've experienced some of my worst times and caused myself a world of hurt with alcohol as well. Eventually, I got to the point where I needed to drink just to try to feel ok. I felt terrible without drinking, but then got to the point where I felt worse and worse after drinking. It's an extremely hard habit to break. I came across Biorebalance while researching benzodiazoprines to battle alcohol withdrawal. Fortunately, they help...a lot! I read a book by Joan Mathews Larson some years ago who lost a son to depression, alcohol and suicide. She made it her life's goal to help people who suffer from alcoholism and believed it to be related to allergies and nutritional deficiencies. Supposedly, her nutritional program had a very high rate of success compared to things like 12 step programs. Anyway, Joan passed away in her 90s and it appears that this young man has taken her ideas and developed them further. Biorebalance has a bunch of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, etc...which alcoholics are missing. I put the drink down (which is like losing a close friend to death) and followed doctors advice with a week of meds to get past withdrawal symptoms. I started taking a 1/2 scoop of Biorebalance. I read a bunch of reviews saying people got nauseous or sick or hated the taste. I think it tastes pretty good...kind of like Crystal Light. I immediately switched to 2 full scoops a day, being once before breakfast and once before dinner. I started feeling pretty good again in a few days. I got out and started doing positive things like walking my dogs and getting some fresh air and exercise. I used 2 scoops a day for 2 weeks and went down to one scoop. I feel better than I have in a long time and I have zero wish to touch a drop of alcohol. Number 1: you have to truly want to quit using alcohol. 2. See a doctor because alcohol withdrawal can kill you and it's very unpleasant to say the least. 3. Try Biorebalance. I used it a few days before I went ahead and ordered my second jar. It's very helpful in helping me feel better and other than attitude, I'd say it's the greatest thing to feel better and not use alcohol. It's got me to the point where I'm once again excited about life and settling personal goals and following through with a plan. It's a great tool if you want to quit drinking and you want to feel better. And there's lots of proof out there that drinking problems get worse and cause lots of damage physically, emotionally, vocationally, mentally and often end up shortening your life and even worse, the lives of others. Biorebalance is a great tool to help the hurting, problem drinker. I'm happy using it and am taking advantage of its help.
