Biology DecodedBiology Decoded is a medically led weight loss and metabolic health program for men, built on clinical diagnostics rather than generic fitness advice. The program integrates comprehensive diagnostic bloodwork, licensed physician oversight, and remote patient monitoring into one structured protocol.Every client begins with a full diagnostic bloodwork panel, ordered by a licensed US medical lab and processed through one of the largest clinical laboratories in the country. The panel assesses hormonal health, thyroid function, metabolic and blood sugar markers, systemic inflammation, cardiovascular indicators, and more. These results form the foundation of a personalised protocol built around each client's individual physiology. From there, clients are supported through ongoing clinical monitoring. Connected medical devices and a dedicated care team track key health markers over time, so progress is measured objectively and any concerns are identified early. This model targets the underlying physiological drivers of weight gain in men, particularly men over 40, whose hormonal and metabolic function shifts with age and is rarely assessed under standard care.Biology Decoded was built to deliver measurable, sustainable results through the combination of medicine, data, and accountability.Decode your biology. Defend it for life.

I just finished my one year with the program and was able to lose ~80lbs! I had been stuck in a rut from a prior major weight loss and hit a plateau for several years while trying this and that and consulting my doctors and endocrinologists. Vinny and the crew (and the large community support network) were great in being able to get me back on track and find a solution to keep shedding weight and getting healthier overall.

Vinny has been insanely consistent and supportive (like, how does one man have the time to be there for as many people as he does? That’s like Harry Potter level time management) from Day One. As my life has changed, he’s been able to help me and my program bounce with it. He clearly cares about every client, and I’ve had the best success EVER through his structure and systems. Every few months, he finds yet another way to help us tweak our goals or simplify our reporting and communications. He always has unbelievably helpful ideas (like how to stick to your goals but still enjoy a vacation) ready at the drop of a hat. Can NOT recommend highly enough!

Vinny’s program is top notch and I would do it over again in a second! The simple approach to weight loss made it easy for me to get into a good routine and shed some much needed lbs.

Bio Decoded is amazing so far. They actually care about helping us big guys get healthy. Was skeptical at first but so glad I took the chance. 11 days in down 10lbs so far. Man I appreciate these guys.

I joined this program because I was tired of being overweight and in bad health. I was nervous when I started but Vinny helped me feel comfortable and outlined the program simply. Since then, I have lost around 90 lbs and I am the lightest I’ve been since freshman year of college (I’m 30). I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to lose weight. Vinny makes it simple and easy.

Biology Decoded has the framework, knowledge, tools and accountability necessary that helped me to get control of my health, and give me a better outlook for my future. I tried diets, excercise fads, and medications, but nothing has come close to the results I am seeing with my current Biology Decoded program.. The coaching and accountability come from a positive and realistic perspective. There are many positive features and benefits about working with these guys. Most importantly, you will get your health under control, and you will feel better about yourself every day. I highly recommend the Biology Decoded program.

I wanted info on better food options at fast food restaurants ended up in a life changing program. my skepticism was met by real people in real community on a journey to improve their health and I was sold. My why was my family and being active with my athletic kids. This happened recently… my family and I went to a restaurant after my son’s football game. We sat at a booth and my family all cheered… weird reaction? Not that weird if just a few months earlier and the for the past few years I couldn’t fit in the booth at the same restaurant. I would embarrassingly ask to be seated in a chair so I can fit. That’s kinda of a funny story, but it’s the small things that I get appreciate on this journey. Never could have imagined how much my life would be changed in less then a year.

Simple, easy plans to follow and stay consistent, no matter how busy your schedule is. If you can hold your self accountable, and stay consistent with habits, you will 100% reach your goals. I’m at the lowest weight in the past decade, and continuing to lose. This program is more than just weight loss; this is helping you live better
