Bad quality & service
I bought a $125 Bio Ionic curling iron on January 2, 2026. Less than nine months later, the barrel coating is chipping. When I filed a claim, Bio Ionic told me I’d have to pay to ship it in for inspection, they couldn’t promise a replacement, and they wouldn’t return my iron even if they denied the claim. They also said registering it after their 30-day deadline affects my eligibility. I understand they need to inspect claims, but paying to surrender a relatively new tool with no assurance I’ll get it back is a warranty process I’m not willing to use. I’m disappointed in both the durability and the response.
