Thank you for updating your review and for speaking with our team. To clarify a few points: your order was placed on the 6th and shipped from our facility that same day. Once a package leaves our building, transit time is in the carrier's hands. Even so, because you paid for 2-day shipping and it didn't arrive in 2 days, we credited you for the expedited shipping as a gesture of goodwill even though the carrier does not reimburse us for delivery delays. On the COA: when this batch was originally sent to the lab, the vials were labeled 20mg, which is why the COA photo showed a 20mg label. Testing revealed the vials were overfilled, so we relabeled our stock to reflect the actual tested and sent an updated vial to the lab so the COA photo would match the corrected label. The lot and test results never changed; the label was updated so customers know exactly what's in the vial. The timing of the updated photo appearing on our site was simply when the lab's revision came through. As a research chemical supplier, we're legally unable to provide guidance on reconstitution, dosing, or administration. Every product page states our products are for laboratory research only. Thanks again for giving us the opportunity to make things right.
