I found this product just by searching for a resolution to our situation. We retire vehicles from our fleet and if it happen to be a K-9 police car you could only imagine the aroma these vehicles emit. Not the most pleasant when it's 90 degrees outside. We end up auctioning these vehicles. Although we are not driving them around we wanted to be able to do something for the individual buy the vehicle. The first time I used a biocide system in the vehicle I was truly impressed. I would definitely say it removed at least 95% of the k-9 loveliness. I can not speak to the lasting affect but I was suspect the customer remained happy with the vehicle.

One product worked great 5 star. the other product did not work. e-mailed them to let them now one product did not work and got no response at all. No friction on ordering I paid 40 bucks to have in two days! Would not order again or refer on product but the other I would for sure.

Used the auto product on previous used car which was owned by a smoker. Took repeated use but it worked. Also needed to replace the HVAC filters for the car as well as run both a/c and heat in the car as instructions stated.

This was my third time to use the Biocide product. Each have been used in vehicles with positive results each time. A gas can spilled in the back of our SUV. After pulling the carpet up as well as the padding underneath, we went through several rounds of using cleaning solutions and backing soda to rid the smell. The strength of the smell was diluted but still existed. With the previous successes of using Biocide I purchased another Auto Shocker. We left the Auto Shocker in the vehicle for 24 hours. Before airing the vehicle, I ran the AC on recirculate for 15 minutes to eliminate any gas fumes that may have entered the AC system. The gas smell has been completely eliminated from the vehicle even after the vehicle sat in the hot sun. Do not hesitate using this product! Best $30 I've ever spent (for the third time.) I have tried the product twice and it did not work in either case. Both times the smoke smell returned in 2 days. I have a Toyota Highlander so the second time I put one cup of product in the front and put another cup in the back. Still smells of cigarette smoke.
