It is one of very few product that actually neutralizes odors rather than just masking it. We use to buy this product from Amazon but our last purchase was a dude. We were going to write a bad product review about it and then we discover the actual problem. The product has a definite shelf life. Started buying directly from Biocide Systems and their product worked every time. It has a strong scent of chlorine after it is safe to renter the area which is how you can tell that it worked. The last problem the Room Shocker handled was a dead mouse behind the wall. It stank up the entire upstairs. Two Room Shocker appeared to have taken care of the smell so far even though the carcass has not been located yet.

Easy to use product. I had a quart of milk escape a grocery bag in my vehicle and over a 7-10 day period it spoiled and stunk my car up badly. My dealership tried some things and it helped out but didn't completely get rid of the sour smell. My wife did some research and found your product. I ordered on line and received it in a few days. Biocide is absolutely amazing. I bought a used car while having a sinus infection. I couldn't smell a thing. The forrmer owner was a full on cigar smoker and the interior was awful. Biocide took care of that problem overnight.
