Shipping is extremely slow compared to every other online business. The protein powder is incredible

Order was never shipped after 7 days. Called to get status, they said they would call back but didn't in specified time. Cancelled order. Disgusted with this compnay.

I placed a order with your company, and received a email on Aug 30th stating that my order had finished processing. As of Sept 5th I still had not received shipping information, so I emailed customer service and received a reply back telling me that my order was being processed(?). Two messages contradictory. Then on Sept 6th I received a message stating that my order had shipped (but UPS had no updates available as to delivery when I checked. Poor customer service as to what was expected.

Great product, easy to order online.

Ordered product on 8/20, you charged me $15 for shipping, you want me to review your product and it’s not due to arrive until 8/30, wouldn’t call that customer service???

I haven't received shipping notification yet so I can't really rate the product. It's strange to get an email request to review the product when it hasn't arrived and don't know if it's been shipped. It's been about 7 days since ordered.

So when you are out of a product just put Sold Out under that product instead of allowing it to go to the shopping cart then when you go to view shopping cart it is empty.

I got the shipment quickly and was kept updated. But I was sent chocolate instead of natural flavor powder that I ordered, which I will use anyway
