I’ve ordered from Binoid a lot here recently and only had problems with an order once, that being I received the wrong product on one of my orders. While annoying, I reached out to their customer support and was almost immediately helped out and without questions, they sent out the correct product. With all other orders the product was at least what I expected if not a lot better. Shipping times are very quick and I’ve always recieved a tracking number immediately. 5/5 :)

I’ve ordered 4 times from Binoid and my boyfriend has ordered twice. Every shipment was shipped/delivered fast and discreet. Out of six orders only once has the wrong item been shipped instead- I ordered the delta 8 gummies and received the THC-O gummies instead. After emailing them they VERY quickly sent out the correct item at no charge. I have always been very happy with my purchases and with Binoid. The delta 8 gummies especially have been amazing in helping me deal with arthritis pain and insomnia, I don’t know what I would do without them. Binoid has been a blessing and I try to tell all my friends about them. Don’t believe all the negativity on this page- esp if people just didn’t like how a product reacted with their body. Every body is different and one strand or product might be better for you than another- that’s not the company’s fault, try a few and see what works best for you. For me personally blue dream worked better for my needs than God’s gift- I found blue dream to be more subtle while God’s gift is more cerebral, but that is my own body’s reaction to something, of no fault of the company. This company is fantastic and I feel grateful to even have the ability to order THC products and get them delivered straight to my house- I think some of these reviewers need a slice of humble pie. I've ordered from them several times over the last year. The products aren't always perfect (one wouldn't hit no matter what) and I've been shipped the wrong item twice. With that said EVERY time I've contacted them they have told me to keep the wrong product and worked with me to send a replacement or figure out what they could do to make it right. Best customer service around
