Terrible customer service. Takes weeks to receive shipments. I decided to try them again a year or so after having a couple of bad experiences and nope... they haven't changed, maybe even gotten worse. I ordered from them on 2/3. It's 15 days later and still nothing. They didn't even process my order for 3 business days. Boston Hemp is a much better company.

Advertises one thing and sells you something different, you can count on it. I honestly believe they have one distillate and advertise twenty types of thc. I received a 50/50 thc-p thc-a and my local d9 vape is twice as strong. I’m beyond disappointed.

Absolute garbage product and customer service. Ordered a tincture, the ink on the cheap dropper that they put in there that dissolved into the tincture. I have auto immune issues, they assured me it is "food grade" sounds like bs, I just wanted a refund. Scumbag scammers.

I ordered gummies 5th January 2025. I received something that I didn't order, and used stamps to send back, to the tune of about $7.00 in postage, using the address and company name ("BINO") on the envelope. I've waited weeks to get a refund and from the reviews here, I will probably not get one. So, next stop, my bank and the Better Business Bureau (both of which have worked for me well in the past) and by the way, I'm not trying to trash the company as some five star reviews are indicating. I liked their products until they sent something I didn't order.

I’ve had successful orders with this company in the past. I’ve placed an order using the subscription discount, and “back50” coupon code for a discount. The order had been cancelled due to “fraud”, even though there wasn’t. There’s also no refund, I’ve also contacted customer service numerous times to no avail. Once I provided my info they just ignored me, I even started up new chats to get the same workers who did respond back, however once I provided my info I was ignored. I have not received a refund, and my credit shows there’s no awaited refund. Where is my money?

So Far.... I ordered and was charged a week ago and have not received anything. No tracking number. No contact phone number. And I am having trouble contacting them. I am on the verge of reporting this company as non-legit. I am willing to upgrade my rating if I receive my order. But unfortunately at this time I am losing faith and getting closer to report it as fraud.

Dishonest company. Won't post your review on their actual site if it's not 5 stars. I placed an order almost a week ago, that is still in their possession according to the USPS tracking info that they'd provided me. After finding out on other sites that the products I'd ordered were actually trash (unlike the back to back to back 5 star reviews on their website), I asked for a cancelation and refund. I was told a refund was not possible because the post office picked my order up on Monday. Again, tracking info says otherwise. Frustrated, I left my honest one star review following this interaction on their website and not only was my review not posted (surprise, surprise!) I can no longer log into my account. Seriously considering filing a complaint with the FTC. Buyer beware.

I purchased $298 worth of products the past year and was happy until one of the 7 gram vapes exploded in my mouth, burning my palate and my lips. They refused to replace the vape or give me credit because it didn’t happen within three days of receiving it. There are so many companies out there, I’d choose one with a good product and good customer service.
