Bink is an online sweepstakes casino operating out of the US under Bink Entertainment LLC. The platform positions itself as "the most generous online social casino," and at first glance that seems to be more than a tagline.Deposit with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and crypto is offered quietly as an option for those who want it. Withdrawals are typically instant and follow the same card first approach. Every game is provably fair. After each game, the cryptographic seeds are published so any player can verify the result independently. That level of transparency is rare in this segment, and worth noting. Bink appears to be an independently run operation, and the product reflects that. The team seems focused on delivering a straightforward, generous casino experience rather than chasing trends, and players looking for an alternative to the usual suspects should find this one worth trying.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Wow this support team is very nasty I almost can't believe it. My son created an account using my device and auto filled data when I immediately reported this to support the co-founder responded basically calling me a liar and telling me to lay off chat gpt and my email it was very disgusting. Don't use this site they are unprofessional and unwilling to help. I have photo proof as well. Horrible customer service just nasty.

I was having a great experience. I was able to successfully redeem $100 couple weeks ago, after spending 100's of dollars and eventually winning $350, I tried making a redemption and have had no luck contacting support and am completely ignored. SCAM!

Unprofessional and discriminating
Updated: smacked in the face.
Let me start by saying this is by far the most frustrating experience I’ve had with online gaming.
I had joined bunk and started playing, not very long into it I found myself on video poker playing a dollar bet, and I hit a royal flush, amazing right? Wrong. The win was worth $800 but since I just joined I hadn’t deposited yet. They have a rule that caps you off at a hundred dollars until you deposit. That’s ok I guess, but the thing is is it brings you to one hundred and the rest is just gone. $700 just gone. Now I’m sitting at 100sc and locked and can’t get anymore, which since I won pretty quickly I still had a playthrough, so no withdrawal.
The next night I decided to say might as well and I deposited $5, it unlocked my withdrawal, but it didn’t compensate the $700 loss they took back. Whatever, rules are rules. Here’s where it goes downhill, surprise surprise.
I had my identity 100% verified on the platform thru their third party verification service, and my profile clearly stated it. I finish my playthrough and go to cash out my $100. A. Ice fast response via text message from a man named Tyler. He was asking for me to send him a picture of my ID for verification as explained I. TOS. I was sketched out as NO casino has ever done this. So I questioned him a bit, asked if I could send partial since my identity was fully verified. He tried to tell me that was my bank card. The section clearly states verified AFTER BOTH band card AND identity confirmed. So he already has no idea how his platform works, and is texting me FOR PRIVATE INFORMATION, that is ALREADY VERIFIED. So he said since I can’t provide he flag my account, so I sent my ID, but it was too late, he flagged my account for ban AND blocked my phone number.
This was a month ago, and I have emailed four times, no response, tried live support but it says I need to be logged in to even talk to a human. I joined discord, last week and got one reply, from guess who, Tyler. I apologized for being rude as I did tell support in my email to fire this idiot. So in discord he left his phone to text him, so I told him he needed to unblock me. I haven’t heard from him since a week ago, I’ve messaged everyday for a week now on the same ticket, I posted in general about being ignored, they deleted it.
This is completely unprofessional and is, I feel, descriminating against me because I wanted to make sure my private information was safe, that’s all. This has been a frustrating experience all around and I feel cheated and violated for my private information. As again I WAS ALREADY FULLY VERIFIED. There is no reason for this unprofessionalism, and I think Mr Tyler is just offended because I called him an idiot. Well I’m offended that you as a company would text me for personal information, that’s scammer stuff. I’m offended for verriff, that you don’t trust the company you chose to do one job, to do that job. I have asked so many times for these people to reconsider my ban, but have just been ghosted and forced silent. Disgusting.
I fully expect no reply to this review, nor do I expect any resolutions to the unfair judgement placed on me for being protective of my identity. Yes I’m sour, I’m a glass of milk they have forgotten about. Chuncky
Update 09/22- still haven’t heard anything from them at all, I opened my discord ticket on 09/06/26 and I got a reply once, three days later. Since, I have messaged on discord every day or every other day, and nothing. Unreasonably unprofessional and undeserving uglyness for trying to protect myself online identity online.

Well after I gave up they decided to soft unban me. Meaning I can play, but they took my redemption $105 and I can never redeem for failing AML…. Which again, I was fully verified and compliant with AML and NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN BANNED IN THE FIRST PLACE. So I feel cheated and slapped in the face. But I can’t still tickle their balls. OH and on top of that now they ignoring me in live chat too. In the in or TLDR: There are a ton of casinos, I suggest trying to avoid a headache and go elsewhere. For real.

spent hundreds of dollars, this is one of those casinos that takes you straight to zero, if you manage to get a bonus, it’ll be a whopping $1.47

Stay Away
If I could rate this casino less than 1 star, I would. My account was banned for simply asking an Admin in chat why my friend was just banned for trying to withdraw after making a deposit who had also just created an account. I would love to see what kind of excuse they come up with as to how I broke the rules

one star is TOO many!! SCAM
a friend of mine messaged me an affiliate link to this site, promoting them and asking me to sign up, said they would tip me if i did. i signed up, and they tipped me $20. i played keno, like i always do, on high with a 150% increase. i lost all the way down to 42 cents…… max bet it, a few moments later suddenly i have a balance of $70!
at that point, i started screen recording in excitement. i hit a streak of wins that blast my balance from $70 to $1.1K. i immediately sent the recording into my groupchat of fellow gamblers, promoting the site and telling people to sign up, etc. i go back to bink and continue playing, eventually streaking into a 62.3X at a $25 bet for $1557. my balance is now a healthy $1.8K. at this point, i decide withdrawing is probably a smart move.
i go to withdraw $1000 because i did see in the TOS that’s the daily WD limit, and i was more than happy to continue playing on site with my remaining balance. it alerts me as i withdraw, that i have a $100 max wd per 24 hour limit… confused, i ask my friend who told me to sign up and had the phone number of the co-founder what the problem was.
the co-founder simply states that i should have NEVER been able to receive the tip that he sent me, because “tips are locked for players who haven’t deposited” (although clearly they aren’t because i had received a tip????), but considering it wasn’t my fault that the tip went through, i assumed that the balance was still… well, my balance to do with as i please, right? that’s usually what happens when you win… you do with your winnings as you wish.
i had a separate friend with an established account who had seen my post boasting about my wins on keno. he dm’d me asking for a tip, saying “i typed in chat sen!” i owed this friend already, so i sent them $1000.
they tried to redeem it, and were told it was in review, so they started playing it in the meantime. moments later, their account was banned. then my account was banned. then the person who i signed up under was banned. a forth friend who simply asked in the chat why they were banning us, was subsequently banned. they even banned a girl who signed up after seeing my post about my win.
the co-founder stated that we were acting in bad faith… but to propose we were acting in bad faith is to propose that we KNEW i was going to win and had some sort of malicious intentions. the only intentions i had was to try a site a friend recommended, and i happened to win while doing it. i don’t think anything i did was in bad faith. i was excited about a new site, telling my whole online gambling community about it, trying to spread the word and bring the site new users. i would have continued to use and deposit on this site going forward!
they claim i broke TOS by “tip laundering” when to my understanding, tipping from my wins was not only allowed but to be expected… this casino uses vague and up for interpretation wording in their TOS to close accounts and refuse payouts and it’s completely messed up and THEY ARE THE ONES OPERATING IN BAD FAITH.

It is apparent that you along with a slew of others have come together to leave negative reviews after fraudulent tip laundering activity occurred as was governed against in our TOS Section §3.8.
We have hundreds of users who have experienced speedy cash-outs and apologize that you failed to follow these.

Hey Taylor,
we are familiar with this case and it is in regards to Section §3.8 of our TOS in which you very clearly attempted financial fraud that undermines Bink's generous player benefits.
We have hundreds of users who can attest to speedy payouts and apologize that you or anyone associated attempted a fraudulent action that broke TOS guidelines.
