I have been playing Bingo Stars for over a year - in the first few months it was great - I could win 5 or 10 games a day - I am not a true gambler in the sense of pouring money into the game but even when I would win enough I would just play with the cash. But in the last 6 to 8 weeks they changed everything- I lose almost every game, they changed their algorithms big time and removed all the free games ( only 2 or 3) so that those of us who can’t afford to gamble could not even win free bonus cash to play. So very disappointed.

Not worth 1 star. Absolutely crap. 100% scam. £100 this morning and constant dead spins on a £1.00 bet. Should be closed down or at the very least looked into. Save your money and play on a more reputable site

Once you start to cash out your wins, (instead of continuing to play and deposit more money when you lose) you “mysteriously” stop winning. You might win a buck or two here and there but you will eventually lose unless you keep depositing more money. Even then, they will make sure you lose until they’ve gotten your winnings back -and more. Don’t waste your money on this game- you’ll never get ahead. “The house always wins”.

They never paid out my money. Bingo stars customer service asked to contact Apple Pay. Apple has never received any money from them, They lie, they cheat. Plus too many bots.

If you are regular playing this game and make deposits, check your records. In the last 3 months I’ve played and seeing how much I’ve spent playing and not withdrawing money, I have come to suspect they are doing unauthorized transactions on our credit cards and bank cards. I’m doing a deep dive but we’re talking possibly thousands of US dollars in question!

I’ve played bingo stars for 1 year. The advertisements they claim our lies completely false. The games are rigged! Out of the one year I played I want a dollar here and there, twice I won a good amount of money and their computer glitched and took me from first place where there was a lot of money to zero. This game is a scam and honestly, they deserve zero stars. There is no real Customer Service. It’s a line of excuses so they can get more money.

I thought when playing every player has the same Bingo card. They DON’T everyone has a different card. I couldn’t figure out why some players were scoring 25k to 30k points in the same game I was playing. I started reading different posts on the game and found out, every player has a different Bingo card. I’ll score 15k or 18k and come in 3rd or even 4th place! I feel the game is rigged in this aspect. I have never scored more than 18k points. So it all depends if you get the card that will allow you to score the 28k or 30k points.
