Received a damaged file cabinet from Bindertek; that's the bad news. The good news is that a) they sent a new one out right away, b) they didn't wait until the old one arrived back before they sent it out, c) they took half off the price for my trouble. I would definitely use them again.

I love the binders and index tabs. When I got a set of the wrong binders, customer service took care of it immediately, and replacements were in my office within days. The only reason I listed 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shipping costs seem awfully high. If they brought the shipping costs down to the rates I pay at other websites / catalog companies, then I would give them 5+ stars!

I placed my order and the next day, a sales rep. called to say the color I ordered had been discontinued. They sent my order quickly and I appreciated the personal touch instead of an email saying "sorry, your order cannot be filled, please try again"!!

Nice binder - almost too nice. Just needed something to carry 8.5x11" photos. (Not much out there that opens horizontally/landscape rather than portrait.) This binder is fairly industrial in strength and has serious rings. They could make a step down for me to help with cost savings. Also didn't have a choice in timing on shipment -- took over 2 weeks. I'm used to most supplies in this category arriving in 2-5 business days.
