Great Idea, just to EXPENSIVE
Great product, but to expensive

We comb the globe to find the highest quality and most unusual organizational supply products that we can offer to our customers. Some unique items, like the Quick File Folders which you have ordered are imported by us directly from the manufacturer in Germany. When items are unusual and especially when they travel such a great distance there is some cost involved. To provide inovative and high quality items we feel it is worth the investment. Product quality has deteriorated
One of three binders purchased at $11 each split a seam before any use. My inquiry regarding return went unanswered. I will not order again.

Binder mechanisms are cheaply made.
Highly disappointed in the quality of the binders for the price they are selling for. Our law firm ordered 75 binders and the ring binder mechanisms are of very cheap quality. When we open a binder to search for a document & turn the pages, the mechanism opens and all of our legal documents fall on the floor. I have complained to the customer service department & they actually sent us new binder mechanisms & these were just as cheaply made. Very, very disappointed in the quality.

I am glad to hear that our service was responsive and we did try to take care of the issue. We have spent that last year in search of a superior factory for our Binder manufacturing. We are ecstatic to announce that we have found a new manufacturing partner in Germany and we are awaiting our first shipment of new and improved Binders and 2-Ring mechanisms.
