It is a bit difficult to find a solid, durable hinged binder now. Most of even the large binders (3"+) have the nylon flap which tears easily rather than the metal hinges. Bindertek had them and shipped promptly.

I had paid for express shipping on my order hoping I would receive my binders in 2 days. A customer service representative took the time to call me and explain that due to my location, i would likely receive the binders within two days even without the express shipping and offered to refund me for my shipping.
