Do not buy from this company
They advertised a 1" binder that won't be available until next year.

I am very sorry that the 1" Binders you ordered last month are not available until later this month. We try to make sure that all of the items we have made or bring in from all over the World never sell out but with our 1" Binders we ran in to a little manufacturing issue which caused a delay. I know it is frustrating when something is sold out! We try to be forthcoming when something is on back order. It is marked that way on our site and our Customer Service department will reach out personally to make sure anyone who is placing a back order is aware. I am sorry that we disappointed you. They're okay
These binders are decent quality materials, but they're not assembled very well. They seem to be made for one thing: storage. I was hoping to use these for taking notes at college. They lack basic features for this such as internal pockets. I was willing to forego the pockets for better quality, but the quality isn't there. Also, I've had these for a couple of weeks, and one of the rings are already misaligned. I was under the impression they were better quality. I always use the lever to open the rings too, so it's not like it's user error. These binders are way overpriced. Only buy if you're wanting something that looks pretty on a shelf to archive rarely referenced material. Just about any $5 binder will serve you better and last longer with daily use. For the cost of the Bindertek, you would expect better.

You want an honest opinion
I was disappointed when I received your binders. I thought they would have been a little nicer and the card that is put on the outside of the binder is ok. I should have at least received 4 or 5 extra to print a title on. Or if there is some way to get a sheet like labels to print on. We spent almost $300 for 14 binders and have no way to label them. Unless I am missing something. They just don't look as nice in person as the are online. I feel a little ripped off. I only gave two stars because, I feel your online store photos are deceptive and the order took almost 2 weeks to receive.

If you are not happy with them you of course have a full 30 days to return them to us. We are very proud to have Free Custom Templates for our customers so that you can print professional Spine Labels using the sheets of Spine Labels which we offer. I also apologize that because of the Labor Day Holiday which UPS observes your package took one day longer than it would usually to make it's way across the country. In the month of May we transitioned to an entirely new and improved collection of Binders made for us by a new manufacturing partner in Germany. This was done so that we can provide our Customers with the very best Binders available. While the shipments were arriving there were some styles which were unavailable for a brief time. Heavy Duty 5 letter size binder.... Disappointed
I received the binder today. Not happy that the binder already had damage…..Corner torn and broken. For the price ($115.70) I expect a perfect product…not one in used condition. I did email the company back privately and sent a picture of the damage the day I received the binder but have not heard back from anyone yet. Maybe they will make it right....just expected more for the price.

As it states on the packing slip included in every box - please call us immediately if anything is damaged or defective. I can assure that we would never send out anything in used condition. As a company that ships out thousands of packages across the country sometimes damage can happen in transit. I apologize this happened to your order. rings strong, covers weak
The binder rings are very strong but with average use the edges of the covers peel and tatter. It could use a heavy metal or rubber ring to prevent the shredding. Service though was excellent & they were replaced (only to have the same thing happen with the replaced items)

Unhappy first time customer
I ordered 5 binders with accessories that I needed for clients ASAP. I paid for rush shipping and when the binders arrived they would not stay closed. The latch is a poor design. In my opinion, the only way the binders are "decent" is with the slipcover. Now, I am forced to place another order just to make the binders I bought presentable to clients.
