The service and product were excellent! We did have a problem with the binders being damaged a little from rubbing together in the box, but they were promptly replaced. The second set had the same problem, but we decided to just keep them. The only thing I would suggest is placing some packing material between the binders so that they don't rub together and get damaged.

Hello Charlotte, Thank you for your business and for sharing your experience. I am sorry that the Binders were scuffed in transit to you. Our warehouse team thanks you for the feedback and they will work to improve this for all future shipments. I will reach out to you today to see if there is anything else I might be able to do for you. Kind Regards, Sandra Stevens Bindertek Customer Service

My two 2-inch binders and three sets of tabs were all in excellent condition. The binders are sturdy, attractive and easily opened and closed. The tabs are sturdy and easy to read. These products will do much to enhance my business organization.

The whole process was easy, reasonably priced, and delivered quickly. The product was of a high quality and we are glad we found you. We will recommend you to others. Send me something with your logo for my desk...a coffee cup or card holder, something to remind me.
