Disappointed with product line changes
Disappointed with product line changes. Offers less flexibility to customers and less support to old customer with older binders (i.e., parts and accessories discontinued, fewer binder colors to match binders previously purchased, etc.).

Hello Fred, Thank you very much for your purchase with us and for taking a moment to leave us feedback on Trust Pilot. We unfortunately can not carry every version of our rings for sale apart from our Binders. Over the many years we have offered Binders (more than 30!) we have made changes and improvements. We still honor the Lifetime Binder Ring Warranty of any version. A few years ago we did discontinue some colors based on popularity. Overall Fabulous Experience
We were bummed to find out that a color of the two ring binders had been discontinued and we had to order the next closest color. However it was a happy surprise to receive the binders early when we were told they would not arrive until the end of the month.

Great binders. I did have a problem ordering online - 1 too many binders arrived, but Bindertek quickly reimbursed me.

Bindertek is great ...
This is a nicely constructed stool and would work well in some environments. Unfortunately, for my office it does not work in the way I had envisioned it. I must say that the customer service at Bindertek was exemplary in helping me sort this out. Because of that I would give the company 5 stars ... for the product itself, I am only giving it 4 because I was unable to use it in my office. This is a great company and I will continue to buy their high quality products in the future.

We have had great feedback so far. We have one here in our office and we've found it to be such a versatile and great addition to our seating. I am curious if you may not have pulled the tab to adjust the height. The height adjustment ranges from 17.7” to 24.8”. We have a pretty height diverse crowd here and everyone can use the UP Stool we have with proper adjustment. I will contact you today and see if I may help you at all with anything. Binders excellent, but $50 duty unexpected and made binders out of my league for future.

We do try and make it clear on our web site (extra click through and notices) and we try to call or Email everyone making their first International purchase to make sure that our customers are aware that there will be extra fee's and duties imposed when the items cross the boarder.
