Bindertek honored its warranty regarding the binder fasteners. Because earlier versions of the binders were no longer available, Bindertek offered a very fair choice of either replacing the fasteners alone; or obtaining a whole new binder book at half the cost. Both options were very fair. The customer service was outstanding. All companies should handle these types of issues in a similar fashion.

Because they were sold out of a particular color, they contacted me to let me know and give me the option of ordering other colors, which would get to me more quickly. I opted for that option and got my shipment quickly. I appreciate the attention to customer service and detail. I would definitely order from them again.
