I submitted a review earlier because I was not getting any responses to my inquiries about why my new, unused web page was inaccessible to make changes. After the review, I was contacted and informed that my domain had expired. I paid for a whole year. As of this date, my domain was returned; however, I have asked for help repeatedly for information to make changes to the website. No responses. I am forced to add this review, and now regret ever signing up with this company.

I paid a good deal of money for this website. I cannot even find it on the web. I feel like I have been scammed. No return messages. I will advise people not to use this web builder.

I entered into a contract with Kevin for $500 to create a full website and customize a print-on-demand shop for my menswear brand. Initially, they seemed reliable and offered their services, but once I paid them, their team became unresponsive, lacking in communication, and making false promises week after week. It has now been 3 months and they still have not fulfilled their obligations as outlined in the contract. This serves as a warning to others to be cautious when dealing with this agency, as everyone deserves to receive high-quality service and value for the money they have invested.
