Always been an excuse or delay due to being busy or platform updates. and this was after the personal contact explained the 20% withdraw level and so on.... still waiting again after my initial withdraw request was cancelled by them. I put in another and it's just pending "on the new platform" till letters on my photo gave me an aid to my withdrawal solution
