However, Cornix auto-execution is limited by Cornix, not by us. Cornix only supports automated trading on Binance and Bybit. When using KuCoin, signals must be executed manually. This distinction is explained in our setup guides and pinned messages, but we acknowledge it may not have been communicated clearly at the time. Regarding signal frequency, signals are market-dependent. During certain periods, especially when conditions are not favorable, we intentionally reduce activity to manage risk and avoid forcing low-quality trades. Refunds are handled according to our published terms, and we do not deny refunds arbitrarily. That said, we recognize that support communication in the past did not meet our current standards. Since then, we have restructured our support team, removed unofficial contacts, and centralized all communication through verified channels only. Hi mi, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and we understand why this situation was frustrating. At the time, our auto-trading setup required a minimum balance to function properly due to exchange and execution constraints. When balances were below that threshold, the bot could not be activated as intended. Since then, we’ve completely revised this process to avoid any confusion and to ensure clearer communication upfront!! To be clear, Binance Killers does not custody user funds, nor do we have access to member wallets. Any transfers related to third-party tools were handled directly on the blockchain and outside our control. That said, we acknowledge that expectations were not aligned in this case, and that’s on us to improve how this is communicated!! We’ve since updated our auto-trading policy, making it free to connect for members and removing minimum balance ambiguities entirely.
