Purchased a map update for a fraction of the price BMW was asking. It came quickly, the instructions were clear and simple, and it updated and worked on the first try.

Purchased and self-installed via downloaded files FY22 Maps for my 2017 Mini. Everything works flawlessly thanks to the clear and detailed instructions provided. Great customer service as well. Highly recommend!

I uploaded a new map purchased from Bimmer America LLC. The instructions were clear. Everything went smoothly. Customer service was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend their product.

I ordered the EVO 2022-2 North America map update for my 2016 BMW 428i online. A couple of hours after the order was placed, I received download and installation instructions via e-mail. (The file is large (~28MB) and took over half an hour to download.) The instructions are straightforward, although I found it necessary to provide my own Fat32 formatter for the USB. Nonetheless, everything worked, and the new map is now successfully installed in my Bimmer!

I enjoy being involved in my BMW’s maintenance. However, very few things can be done by the owner as BMW has built many complex systems into the “Ultimate Driving Machine”. Bimmer America provides all the knowledge I need to update my BMW GPS maps myself. Thank you for making a smooth process.

My experience with this company was great. Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me through the whole process and went above and beyond. I would use this company for all my future needs.

I have ordered map updates from Bimmer America for my 2011 328xi a few times and each time I was able to load the update with little trouble - North America Premium 2022-2. Received the download information and instructions within hours of the order being confirmed. The upload to the car took exactly the amount of time that Tyler suggested. Great service at a great price, glad these guys are around to support us.

I highly recommend these folks! Thank you, David and Tyler from Bimmer America...FANTASTIC customer service and support!!! I purchased the "Remote Coding" service from Bimmer America, and once I received the cables (that Tyler directed me to on Amazon), I reached out to David and he promptly scheduled my coding session. David kept me informed on what was taking place during the coding and what to expect. Once again, a big THANK YOU for making this entire process so simple (for me), and setting my 320i back to what I was looking for...and then some. 😃👍
