Great response from Steve. 2018-1 Navigation Map update went smooth as usual for my 2014 X5. Highly recommend the USB install method. Easy to get and return in self addresses stamped envelop. Couldn't be simpler.

I ordered 2018 map update to download. The file would not install, stating the install code was incorrect. E-mailed Bimmer America at midnight and got a new code at 5:00 a.m. the next morning. The install completed perfectly. Great response. Appreciated.

Absolutely awesome, courteous service--the BEST!

Good Price, and great support. Everything went as laid out in the instructions.

Very happy with the price and the results of my navigation update on my 2015 X5. I tried the even cheaper method of using your own flashdrive and downloading the NAV from some site, but the directions were long, intricate, insufficient, and caused me hours of difficulty - to save $25. Totally NOT worth it. I got a refund and found Bimmer America. Bimmer America was a breeze, and $225 cheaper than the dealership. I highly recommend! I will certainly use them again next time!

2014 BMW Navigation update worked perfect. Done in 40 mins. .

Just updated the NAV system on my 2014 BMW 528i everything went great. I opted for the USB supplied with a postage supplied return envelope from Bimmer America to return the USB drive. I received the update in the morning, updated my navigation and mailed back all the same day could not be easier. Will be a repeat customer.

Great people! Fast response to questions, even on weekends.
