USB navigation map update arrived quickly, installed without a hitch in about 40 minutes, and was returned in the prepaid envelope the same day. Enjoying the improved routing afforded by having an updated map.

Always a pleasure to purchase my BMW accessories from Bimmer America. They are great people to work with and always reply to email requests within in a very reasonable time frame. Good folks they are!

I used this company for my map update. Fairly straightforward process. I had a few questions along the way, and their support was excellent … responses to my emails were within a couple of hours or less, even on a weekend (yesterday I had a response in less than 5 minutes). Everything looks great. Nice job, Bimmer America!

Excellent service! I actually had a response to my Nav update query within 5 minutes (good timing!). Got the update files, clear instructions and activation code shortly thereafter. Quick 'n easy. Relatively inexpensive, too. Recommended. E89 2009 Z4

Tyler was very responsive. He provided instructions and the code less than 30 minutes after I paid. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely do business with Bimmer America again in the future. -Olu+Nicole

Very serious, updates are sent as scheduled without having to worry about. Prices are competitve. Nothing wrong to say about them. I'm expecting to buy from them for many years to come !
