Nadir has been very on top of things and answers many of our questions promptly, explaining insurance jargon to psychotherapists which is hard. He is very thourough and our company couldn't have done without him. When we first went into this we considered just paying someone to be credentialed and not also our billing but the service we've gotten is so fantastic I'm glad we went with getting full help. It's allowed me to start my own business and deal with significantly less distress.

As a new business owner, I needed to have confidence that I could work with the biller and the credentialing specialist. It was an easy choice with this company. From the beginning, they sought to establish trust, be available to support me, and honestly share all the feedback from the insurance organizations.
