great customer service!
I finally found my new place to shop for cues cases and more.I recentley purchased a case that i havent been able to find anywhere else.Plan to do alot more shopping with billiards.com before anyone else thank you

Excellent customer service! A++
Excellent customer service I spoke to a rep and they were very helpful. My cue arrived on time and when they said it would I highly recommend this company a pleasure doing business with them!

I've only had three purchases with Billards.com but I've found them to be competitively priced. They have accurate picking with a fast turn around on shipping. Receiving my orders within three days standard shipping. The packages have been packed well leaving little chance for freight damage. 100% satisfied

SERVICE SO GOOD, I WISH YOU SOLD OTHER PRODUCTS!
I found the exact items I needed. I received a sale price on an already reasonable price and my order was delivered in 3 to 4 days without an expensive shipping charge. This was the best online ordering experience I have had in a long time. I wish they carried other products!
